Jake what advice you give an aspiring barber in Austin area? How should I get started? Any tips?

Have any of you cut someone who had one of the Bosley hair transplants? They cut out a ribbon of skin, one inch wide, half up from the back of the head from ear to ear, above each ear. Then they stitch the skin together. Then they pluck hair follicles from that one inch ribbon and insert it into the bald spots on the head. After the head heals, a week or two, the stitches are removed. The problem is that the skin below the scar is stretched, spreading the hair follicles apart. The skin above the scar remains the same. So you have dense hair above the scar and sparse hair below. Very difficult to cut because you need to also hide the scar.
