How fast can you get a life in every Zelda game?

With Tears of the Kingdom coming soon, this might be my last chance to get a life for a long long time...so that's why I decided to get a life in every Zelda game.

In Majora's Mask, you can actually pass time as the Deku Scrub by talking to the scarecrow at the shop in West Clock Town. I know this, because when I replayed it I had to make dinner, file my taxes, help the Amish build a barn, and take the provisional driving exam before picking my controller back up.

Pretty sure it would be faster to beat the first dungeon in Skyward Sword than it is to collect the heart pieces.

It is possible to get a life in Majora’s Mask entirely in the first cycle, before turning back time.

-One heart piece is at the clock tower where you showed it.

-Give the Title Deed to the hand in the toilet for a second one.

-You can get one by beating the Deku Scrub minigame (in a hole next to the Great Fairy’s Fountain) on all three days.

-It’s difficult, but you can get one from the Postman’s game of counting exactly 10 seconds.

You can get 4 heart pieces, and therefore a life, as a Deku scrub before having to reset to the first day. Deku Scrub mini-game in North clock town, playing the postman's 10 second game, trading the moons tear for the land deed and, finally, giving the land deed to the hand in the toilet of stock pot inn. I do this every time I play the original and 3ds remake.

It's crazy the often considered hardest Zelda game (Adventure of Link) is the fastest to get a heart container.

You can get a Container a bit more quickly in MM. Pick the Heart Piece at the entrance to Clock Tower, give the Title Deed to the guy at the underground restroom in Stock Pot Inn, win the Postman's minigame where you have to count to exactly 10, and then win the Deku Scrub minigame in all three days. =)

In Majora's Mask you can actually collect enough pieces of heart during the initial Deku Scrub Cycle to get a life. In addition to the one mentioned you can get the one in the tree in north clock town by running up the slide, the postman timing minigame one, the one for doing the Deku Scrub minigame during all 3 days, giving the Deku Flower Deed to the man in the toilet, and depositing 5000 rupees in the bank.
