Alarm clock method is awesome, I used it to learn all the economics I missed in high school.

Earlier i use to study for abt 1-2 hr a day and that also not with full concentration, but when I tried that alarm clock method, the timings gradually increased and now I can study for abt 7 hrs a day.
Its an effective method.Try it out guys! You will see a positive change in about 2 weeks if you will follow it ethically.

2. Kyu krna tha?
3. Isko agar mei kar leta hu successfully, toh meri zindagi mei kya changes ayenge?
4. Jo bhi changes ayenge isko kr lene se, woh meri zindagi mei kin kin jagah par impact laa sakta hai ?

Alarm clock method was really useful but after around 10 days I didn't need to use that method anymore to do work all day.

As I am programmer .
I just put everything on don't not distrub mode,

Water bottle and fruits on my table with my setup ...

While debuging I exercise and see notification I saw your .now I watching this after this I retreat to my work .. thanks bhaiya for this motivation.

Well said. Alarm Clock method is so effective, i had used this method during my 11th and 12th to keep a track of all my studies and distractions and it worked quite well for me.
