I’ve been using the morsia app for about 6 weeks now and I love it. Some exercises in there I’m not comfortable doing mostly because I’ve never done them and I get embarrassed but I’m getting there! I absolutely love deadlifting and squatting. Yesterday I hit 175lbs deadlift. Which is like how much I weigh so yeah.
