Judges score: 6/10. Love that tatami, but the lack of a proper kitchen or wet area is going to be a hard no from me. No chop chop = no shop shop, no matter how ~✨️Excelente✨️~ the rest of the space is.

This property is okay 🤔. The outside justs needs done TLC. The only downside is that it doesn't have a living room and the chop chop area is non existent. I can figure out an area for the chop chop, but I didn't see a spot for the fridge 🤔🤨.

Hoo boy, let's review this space.

Note: my review process is based on what I personally like or dislike, feel free to disagree! I won't mind.

Entrance:
Shoe storage is small but probably decent enough. Having the washer right by the door would help if there was someplace outside to hang laundry... ... But this unit doesn't have that option specifically noted, so I assume that's not the case.

Dining room:
This is a perfectly fine, if not a bit cramped room. There's not a lot of light from that window so it looks like while there's very little natural sunlight this apartment is extremely private. But not being able to look outside at all really would bother me personally. The hanger rod only fits half sized clothes, which means there's going to be a lot of folding required.

Wet area:
With the bathroom attached the previous room functions partially as a bedroom and partly as a living room. But the door height is too short, and there's not enough space to stand up in the room. I wouldn't want to visit a place that has a toilet room like this because I wouldn't be able to use it comfortably. The shower area not having a bath is slightly disappointing but I currently mostly just shower in my place anyway. It's still slightly cramped in there, but I might be able to stand up in there.

Kitchen:
No. That's just a sink. 😅 There's no defense available here, this unit doesn't have a kitchen.

Upstairs bedroom:
This is a perfectly serviceable space. It's not winning many points, but this area functions.

I perfectly understand that this area has lots of places to eat out nearby... But that's not something that appeals to me, plus as I'm a foreigner there I don't have access to all restaurants anyway. So not having a place to prepare and cook a meal is a massive negative. Major points were also removed for the disfunctional toilet area under the stairs... Maybe someone smaller could make this place work. I didn't take anything off for the ugly exterior, but there WERE points removed for lack of natural light. This apartment is a cabin fever nightmare for me personally.
