The same thing happened to me with Station Eleven! For literally weeks after (and books later..) I kept thinking about how I wanted to go home to read it even though I'd finished. It was definitely one of those books that I thoroughly enjoyed while reading but appreciate even more now that I've read it

I so need to read Station Eleven this year! Having so many things I want and need to read is such a struggle. My favorite read in December was Rosalie Lightning (I'm a lover of graphic memoirs as well)!

Tillie Walden's books are always gorgeous! Have you read I Love This Part? It's a really short adorable look at the relationship of two teen girls. It's so so gorgeous and manages to do so much with very few words. (I also chatted to Tillie for my podcast once and she was genuinely the loveliest!!)

I tried to read station 11 borrowed it from the library in the middle of a stressful time at uni and I moved house not long after. I just couldn't get my head to keep track of the story but I want to try again as I did enjoy the writing, just too complicated at that time.

The Rook IS becoming a tv show. Stephanie Meyer is being put in charge of it for some reason, but it's getting a tv adaptation.

Goldie Vance seems interesting but my library neither has the hc versions nor the overdrive versions, so bummer - I'll have to wait to check it out until later. Bittersweet is one of those books where I read the synopsis and just put it down; glad I didn't read it now tbh. The Rook is one of the books on my TBR list that I'm super excited to start - and since it is getting a tv show, I'll need to put it up higher on my list.

omg Station Eleven is so good, I didn't think it would be as good as people said it was but then it WAS. I actually started reading it while I was in the airport waiting for my delayed plane to come in which was...probably the worst place to start reading it hahaha. I had to stop reading it on the plane because I just couldn't do it XD Goldie Vance sounds amazing, I'll have to pick it up. I don't think I've ever met a BOOM! Box comic that I didn't like.

I just uploaded my December wrap up on my channel and it seems all I read was cheesy and bad romance books so I’m on a fantasy and sci-fi kick this month!
