This is definitely getting lost in the comments, but a small tip for Linus from a lighting designer:
If you set one of your key lights to be brighter and warmer, and the other to be cooler and dimmer, your face will have more shadows on it. This lends a directionality to the light, giving more depth to your face, and makes it look more natural.

I see people commenting about how he used the Broadcaster mic with the U-Phoria UM2, and saying that theres no point in buying the expensive microphone if the interface bottlenecks it. But he did switch to the GoXLR, an around 400$ xlr interface. 9:37

move the mic farther away, a little higher gain, set one of the key lights to a brighter/warmer setting to add depth, 1080i60 does NOT convert to 1080p30 very well because deinterlacing adds a ton of noise, but overall looks slightly better.
