Ultrasound cases 395 of 2000 || A single viable pregnancy of 11 wks. 6 day

Uterus: is gravid , contains a gestational sac, fetal pole is seen CRL 51.2 mm corresponds to 11wks 6 day +/- 5 days and GS is measuring about 78 mm corresponds to 11 weeks 2 days of gestational age.

Embryonic Cardiac Activity (FHR=160/m) and movements are present and noted.

Decidual rim appears normal. No intrauterine collection is seen.

Cervical canal is clear. Myometrium appears uniform.

Both Ovary: Normal in size and echogenicity.

Cul-de-Sac: free of any fluid collection.

Comments:
A single viable pregnancy of 11 wks 6 day +/- 5 days
