Ive heard you have to loosen up all strings when adjusting the tension and let the neck rest for a few minutes to let the wood settle in to its new position before tightening the strings back up and checking it, seems like an arduous process... thoughts anybody??

My fret keep on buzzing and when i take it to a repair shop they usually adjust the truss rod.Now its buzzing again around the 2 fret B string.Should i try to adjust on my own or go to a repair shop
