SpaceX Broom Sticks, Starbase 1 & 2 updates, SLS Artemis I Rollout, Axiom Space AX-1

Not so much launch activity this week but that certainly doesn't mean there is a shortage of action. Starbase 1 & 2 updates with some pretty cool new stuff to share on Booster 7 and 8. We have a SpaceX Broom Sticks (Starlink) launch and news all around the network this week. NASA is just about to conduct the SLS Artemis I Rollout (Space Launch System preparing for the Artemis I mission). A moon impact making all the news that you would expect from something that couldn’t be seen by anyone or anything, and Axiom Space prepares for the Axiom Space AX-1 mission on Crew Dragon.

0:07 - "... but that certainly doesn't mean there is no shortage of action."
DOESN'T mean there is NO shortage of action... So wait... There IS a shortage of action!? Good on you Marcus. Still can't grasp a double negative I see. 😫
Obviously I was supposed to say, "certainly doesn't mean there is a shortage of action". Love you all! Have a great weekend! I'll let myself out. 👋

Another Saturday has been kickstarted by a great video. I never cease to be amazed by the amount of information the team squeezes into each instalment. Thank you for working so hard to be accurate and being non-biased.

"Time to let the American Broomstick fly, and hear the sounds of Freedom." I don't know if that was scripted or spontaneous but Marcus, I Want A T-Shirt! 🙂

Excellent presentation. Love the broad spectrum of coverage and level of detail.

Hahaha I love the labeling of the clip at 11:35 : "American Broom Stick 9"! If one of these landed in your back yard, the exhaust would definitely clear away any lose debris, like any good broom can!

I can’t miss a Marcus House news update, this is the best weekly space news and views channel out there.

I really think you should do an hour show. There is so much to cram into a 22 min segment. Thanks Marcus and your team. I look forward to seeing y'all each week.

14:16 the SLS “stack” (including the Orion spacecraft, and the European Service Module (ESM)) are on top of the Mobile Launcher (ML-1). Crawler Transporter 2 (CT-2) is the tracked vehicle (looks like huge tank treads) that rolls underneath the ML. The CT picks up the entire stack (SLS, Orion, ESM) AND the ML and transports all of them to the pad. The CT then sets down the ML on Pad LC-39B and drives back to the VAB area. The CT-2 weighs around 6 million pounds and ML-1 is about 10.5 million pounds, without SLS. Hope this clears things up. Thanks for the great videos 🤗🚀

Another great video. You do a wonderful job consolidating SpaceX and other space news so people like myself can stay up yo date on current events without tracking 20 separate feeds. Keep up the awesome work!

After several years of watching YT space update videos, this is the only one I'm still subscribed to. A nice balance of news and opinions, detailed news from Boca Chica, without being too Space X fan-boyish, and with an authentic person presenting it. Nicely done, Marcus.

Think of the starlinks, as badass telecommunication throwing stars!!!

Yet another great reporting job. Is crazy how one man can bring so much hope and another so much despair. You handled it very well. Onward and upwards.

Marcus have to remember the VAB and the Crawler were originally built for Apollo.
