I didn't know of the Fender history of mr Randall. Thanks for sharing that! I wish they went back to their roots and again became the front in solid state amps. Mr Randall and a certain mr Peavey have proven to us that solid state can be just as good or better than tubes. Certainly for mordern metal that needs that instant attack that the lag of tube amps have such a trouble handling. (Dimebag played Randall solid state amps during most of his career for a reason..) And what inspires me? Well people that do things that interest me, in other words play music and that have an interest in musical instruments, and that do that with passion! Mr Tone King himself is certainly one of those. I started my own youtube-channel based in inspiration from his works and it's no secret that I've always run it very much as a fan's copy on this channel.

Randall amp. was based in Buffalo Grove, IL, where I used to live. So, even though I'm not crazy for Randall, but I feel weird connections in a way.

I guess having the luxury of having a musical ear is what inspires me. I can be driving and if I hear a song that has that guitar riff or solo or it has the chorus and melody that just grabs you, I gotta be 100% honest that I have had to do my best to always pull over to the side of the road somewhere safe where I can turn the radio up and make sure I just do nothing but listen to the song and hook within the song that grabs me. I also do my best to make sure I might be able to make out the name of the title of the song or hear who that artist is after the tune is over.
Otherwise it's just buying an album and finding songs that do the same and after a few listens I want to just take out my guitar and learn the tune.

People that love music also inspire me no matter how good of a player that they are or perhaps not as good of a player, but my ears are always open as I feel there is always something that someone can play that I could possibly learn from.

The gear inspires me these days because of the advancement in technology that wasn't around when I was learning and growing up. Things that can now be played live were once only recording effects that could only be done in a recording studio.

So when it comes to this young gentleman that I know as Louis aka TTK and I see how much passion he has for showing off all types of gear from small amps to big amps to pedals that can do just about everything to enhance someone's sound to inspire ones playing and or writing of music. I say KEEP IT COMING. Show me more, don't ever stop!!! Let me see and hear the latest and greatest new guitars that I just will have to buy at some point in time.

The Tone King.com Please let me read the latest articles about what's going on in the business world of which we all love and keep me thinking as to WHAT could possibly the FUTURE hold in store for me to add to my arsenal of musical pleasure to yet inspire me more. When I'm inspired and in awe of what is out there I know that I'm so freaking ALIVE that it's the best medicine in the world for me and everyone else who has the ability to learn and love what we call "MUSIC".

What inspires me is the opportunity to share my love and passion for music to friends, families and even strangers. Being able to play even the most basic chord progression and being able to spend time learning and sharing pushes me forward to become better. And I am most thankful for that as well.

You know what inspires me TTK.  It's guys like you who take the time to put up You Tube videos, time and time again, not expecting anything back in return other then some positive feedback.  I am constantly amazed at the amount of fantastic entertainment provided by guys and gals, who are just doing it because they love it.  And you know it shines through.  To hell with reality TV, this is the real reality show.  I just wish I was twenty again and had this kind of fantastic community around.  The wasted hours of watching absolute rubbish on TV would never had happened if this medium had existed when I was a kid.  Continue to inspire us and most of all Rock On!

What inspires me? People like Keith Merrow, Ola Englund, Ryan "Fluff" Bruce and Rob Scallon inspire me to keep pushing for my dreams. It just goes to show that with some effort anything is possible. I would also like to thank you TTK for making videos and continuing to do what you enjoy and what inspires you.

Thanks TTK, 3p3d was awesome this year. What inspires me is feeding off others passion, music is spiritual, and it feeds the soul. It's almost meditative and when you get a group of like minded people all playing off each other's passion, awesome things happen. It's the one thing that crosses culture, race, and religious boundaries. The gear also keeps things fresh!

the times when im having a bad day and want to blow my brains out, instead i plug in and try to blow my windows out, anytime im in a bad mood or down in the dumps and depressed i can plug in and after hitting the first chord or note i instantly feel better and for the period of time im playing i forget about my troubles, and the times i can turn those bad feelings into a riff or solo or lyric ect.., will inspire me to pick up and add to it the next day, and having my 7 year old niece starting to get into guitar inspires me to learn more so i can teach her more and show her playing guitar is the best therapy, cause she's only 7 and already had her mom, grandmother and great grandfather pass away who were her 3 favorite people and basically who she spent 100% of her time with, i can look at her and see she's hurting but she puts on a smile and keeps trucking, thats why when she comes over i always tell her we can do whatever she wants and she always wants to play guitar, seeing her be strong gives me strength and motivation to keep going, sry for the story but thats what motivates me and inspires me to play 80% of the time.
I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU TTK OR NE1 WHO HAS EXPERIANCE WITH THEM, WHAT IS THE BEST 3/4 SIZE GUITAR OUT THERE CAUSE MY GUITARS ARE TOO BIG FOR HER TO PLAY? I THOUGHT ABOUT THE MINI KIRK HAMMET SIG BUT HEARD SOME1 SAY THEY DONT STAY IN TUNE AND I KNOW JACKSON PUT OUT THE MINONS BUT I DONT KNOW ANY1 WHO HAS HAD ONE, ANY IMPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED, THANX

Music inspires me everyday. Music is really my passion. It's probably my only real hobby, I put most of my time into it. YouTube also inspires me a lot. Just seeing someone like TK so passionate about guitar - that inspires me. Getting new gear, changing tuning and just seeing someone succeed in the music industry all inspires me.

For me, Inspiration can come in many ways, and it all depends on the situation and what I am trying to achieve, etc. Sometimes it can come from watching a great movie, or reading a book or an article that can change your way of thinking. Or even viewing a beautiful piece of art. As for music, when you hear that one song or piece of music that sends chills down your back - THATS INSPIRATION!. When you pick up your guitar (or any instrument for that matter) and you have it dialed in so it sounds great, and you hit one chord which inspires you to write or learn an entire song can be one of the most inspirational parts of learning and playing music. But I think at the end of it all, being able to do what you love can be the most inspirational thing, and for many, can be what "keeps us going" on a day to day basis. : )
