Spider-Man has had a lot of love interests over the years. But out of all of them, only ONE is the main focus of the video. Sophia "Chat" Sanduval. I would like to be her friend.

My computer bluescreened like thirty mins ago. I was doing some finishing touches on the video after a 16.5hr work session, off the back of 4hr sleep following a like 9hr work session. sadly this version of spider-man did not blow up like the ultimate version did. This relationship is something that is needed with heroes like spider-man.

The biggest thing that chat does that the others don’t do is that she literally just makes Peter happy. As others have said multiple times Spidey is just suffering in comics so seeing him happy is amazing. Like him and Chat just have a healthy relationship. It’s not like they’re a overly unrealistic is literally just a loving and healthy relationship.

I just realized that Spider-Man's relationship with Chat recontexualizes the whole "I talk to spiders" joke. Since, Spider-Man keeps getting helped by a bunch of animals, it wouldn't be too far for criminals to assume that he's just always keeping the spiders at bay.

I love the fact that Chat takes the job opportunity that Peter rejects, and Peter doesn't even judge her for it. They just accept that they have different approaches and that's part of who they are.

I’m glad somebody actually remembers Chat, she was actually one of the best things about those comics in my opinion hell, now that Mary Jane and Peters relationship is basically all f*cked (if you know you know) I’d love to see them bring Chat into the main series
