Today, we’re going to discuss what causes tremors. So, what are tremors? There are essential tremors that are more progressive and aggravated by movement and resting tremors that occur when sitting still.

There is a high correlation between mitochondrial diseases and movement disorders. The nervous system requires a tremendous amount of energy, so it also requires very healthy mitochondria. When someone has a neurodegenerative disease, they usually have dysfunction in the mitochondria.

Vitamin B2 and coenzyme Q10 are essential for FAD, which is vital for turning food into energy. Vitamin B2 also helps support the myelin sheath of your neurons.

People who are deficient in vitamin B2 sometimes have neurodegenerative problems, neuropathologies, and swelling in the nervous system. Vitamin B2 acts as a precursor to help protect the mitochondria and help correct tremors.

Coenzyme Q10 plays a similar role, helping to transport electrons from food so they can be converted into ATP, which provides cells with energy.

If you take statins, you could become deficient in coenzyme Q10. This can cause all sorts of neurological and muscular symptoms, including tremors, which are a side effect of statins.

If you have tremors, consider taking 800 mg of B2 daily, split into two portions, 400 mg in the morning and 400 mg before bed. Also, try taking 1000 mg of coenzyme Q10—500 mg in the morning and 500 mg in the afternoon.

Hi Dr. Berg. It works! I had an essential tremor in my right hand that got bad on exertion. I do not take any prescription drugs but was transitioning to a carnivore diet. Also had cramping. I need to take some carbohydrates. The tremor was exaggerated when I yawned or stretched. I am a 72 year old male. I took 4 100 mg B2 and 4 100 mg CoQ10 capsules in morning and before bed. In 3 days the tremor was almost gone. Thank you very much!

I watched a documentary on malnutrition and starvation... They said that the effects of malnutrition and starvation don't only affect just the current generation. They affect The health of your children, your grandchildren, and your great-grandchildren.

So it's very important that whatever your grandparents gave you or didn't give you, you correct with nutrition as best as possible. Not only for yourself but for all of your future generations to come.

I developed tremors after 2 long year of MANY sleepless nights, Adderall use, caffeine use, poor eating, over working, etc. I couldn't bring a spoon of soup to my mouth without shaking it everywhere. I had to eat most things holding it with two hands. Signing my name was a mess. I figured my nerves needed healing and my brain's energy pathways were shot. I dosed myself with CBD (because it was fashionable at the time), GABA supplements, B-Vitamins, NAD, some exercise, consistent sleep, and water. It took another year, but I'm back to normal. Don't lose hope and try everything! I'm glad to watch this extra bit of information and I'm 100% going to continue the B-Vitamins and add Q10 to the mix. Thanks doc!

It works! I started noticing that when I start to write or using a mouse on the computer: i could not stop my hand from trembling. A few months ago I stopped eating my daily 7 cup salad. I am 66 years young female. I' m going back to what I know is best for my body. Thanks for all you do! You are my go to when something goes awry.

I'm a big fan of yours, have been for years. For a few month, my right hand and arm have been shaking. After watching your video on tremors, I took 300 mg of B2 and 400 mg of Q 10 . (The chemist did not have higher doses.) Some 20 hours later, the tremor was nearly gone!!! I am so

Question: can I continue taking such high doses? What could be causing such a deficiency? How can I correct the shaking - there is some left - with my diet? I'm going to eat dr Davis' wonder yoghurt, once the L reuteri arrives and I am considering sprouting Broccoli.

You are helping so many people, how can I help you?

00:00 🧠 Essential tremors can be misdiagnosed as Parkinson's disease but are a distinct condition that worsens with movement.
00:56 ⚡ High doses of vitamin B2 and co-enzyme Q10 can alleviate essential tremor symptoms, possibly by supporting mitochondria function.
03:13 🫁 Vitamin B2 deficiency can lead to neurological issues, including tremors, due to its role in supporting fatty acids and nerve cell membranes.
04:23 🚫 Statins, which lower cholesterol, can deplete co-enzyme Q10 levels, potentially leading to neurological symptoms like tremors.
05:02 💊 Recommended daily doses for alleviating tremors: 800mg of vitamin B2 split into two doses, and 1000mg of co-enzyme Q10 also split into two doses.

I had really aggressive Tremors due to Parkinson's and they were totally abolished in less than 2 hours with focused ultrasound surgery. This technology is an absolute miracle. Quick and painless. Life changer.

Suffered from muscle spasms and twitches for years and it forced me to retire early. After 4 neurologist and 4 different major medical facilities they couldn't figure it out. Turn out it was my cells dying off from EMFs which is radiation poison. Start looking into the long term health affects from smart devices like TV, cell, smart meters, cell towers, wireless headphones, smart watches.... The emfs are microwaving out cells and causing them to die off. Like a microwave heats the water molecules in the food, it's doing the same thing to the water in body. I was able relieve and cure my spasms by sleeping grounded, walking barefoot, detoxing heavy metals and cleaning up the EMF exposure.

A friend had told me that she once developed tremors and they went away when she had to take medicine for her migraines! At that point, i wished i had migraines so i could get rid of my tremors too😟 Now, as i have been searching for b2, it says that it's useful for migraines! Wow! That is a very interesting connection, Dr. Berg!!!😲

Good morning Dr Berg, I had occasional tremors for years I only got them if it crossed my mind while picking up something that I may get tremors my hands would shake, One of other videos of yours you mentioned about B1 for tremors, I started taking B1 in high doses well it worked never happened again. Thank you Sir.

I was recently diagnosed with essential tremors by my neurologist (whom I was visiting due to chronic migraines) simply because I picked up a bottle of water for a drink while talking to him, and my hand was shaking. The tremors I get are usually when I am using my hands to hold something, apparently. I've had this for awhile now, but had no idea why. I'm glad my DR was actually paying attention! I've been taking B2 for awhile now, but a much smaller dosage than Dr Berg mentioned in the video. I'd never heard of Q10, but will be buying some shortly! Thank you, Dr. Berg!

I was diagnosed with essential tremor. I even have to take an anti-seizure medication on days it feels like a constant internal earthquake. I'm going to try this and will update thank you.

I was diagnosed with essential tremors, they told me the only thing available is beta blockers, but I don't want to take those meds. I improve my diet, but tremors persist. Is not super bad, I can function just fine, but is very inconvenient because I am a pilot and people often think I am nervous and don't want to fly with me. I will definitely try this and do an update. Thank you.

And this is why I subscribe to Dr. Berg. I've had problems with nervousness all of my life, I was born with a glorious singing voice, had a 4 octave range and I used it all when I sang in choirs--in my teens and 20's. But I could never do a solo because even a little nervousness would bring on tremors to the point I couldn't sing at all. In my 60's I'm on low dose statin for a year now, I'm having those tremors more often, even just a little stress will start them. I'm still singing ok, but my speaking voice is badly affected now, daily. I've been researching to know it's probably not Parkinson's, Essential Tremor fits better, and suddenly Dr Berg does a video on it...

For anything that's not life threatening, I prefer to research and try a natural remedy first before I go to a doctor, so I plan to increase Riboflavin beyond what's in my multi-vitamin, which also contains 60mg of CoQ10. I'll report back in a month if this helps, wish I'd known about this in the 70's and 80's! :-)
