80/20: 10 & 25 Series T-Matic Connector (14200)

Internal connector that requires no machining
Compatible with 10 and 25 Series profiles
Infinite positioning along the T-Slot profile
Two ways to install: Slide into the end of profile or install on captivated profiles with roll-in T-nut
Holding force exceeding 100 lbs and torsional strength over 130 in-lbs.
Left-handed barrel thread and self-retained screw to support ease of installation.
Install barrel thread with 5mm ball end power bit (PN 65-6091). Use 4mm ball end hex wrench for screw (PN 65-6097).

I used thousands of anchor fasteners in the past which work well. However, I had to counterbore the 80/20 to use these. That really was not much of an issue as long as you have a mill. The anchor fastener also looks good when complete

I'll have to give some of these connectors a try.
