Buttery LOBSTER Rolls - Easy and Delicious

There is nothing more delicious than lobster. Imagine lobster baked in better and mixed with mayo, celery, lemon, dill, salt, pepper served over a butter bun. If you can, life and food don't get get any better. After my trip to the Easy Coast, I have them a try and they were incredible.

I'm from NE and I love these. They cost starting around $21.00 so making them yourself is great. Just make sure the lobster you buy is not in moulting season. Dave your so decadent and I love it. Enjoy my friend !

Dave my friend, looks delicious & yes on us & the girls, 1 tip I have is use cild water lobster & not warm water also called rock lobster as huge difference in flavor & texture, for folks that cannot afford lobster I will look for my recipe for poor man's lobster, it is made with cod but the technique used will make you swear it is lobster, same texture/flavor as lobster, keep your stick on the ice pal, sorry for the late post as I have had some health issues, btw, a good side would be just crispy baked russet potatoes with garlic salt & your fave & 1 of mine fresh cracked black pepper

Lobster is my all time favorite seafood. But unfortunately I became allergic years ago. I've been wondering if I got imitation Lobster if it would bother like the real thing. It kills me when I go some place that serves Lobster.
