I am incredibly fortunate to have been given the opportunity to train as a plastic surgeon, and ultimately have two excellent options to choose from. Here's why I decided to resign from plastic surgery residency.

seams like there's a lot of room to improve the way doctors are selected and trained. good to see one of the best wants to be part of that change. be prepared for vested stakeholders trying to stop you, all the while the same stakeholders commenting on how change is needed.
