I think jaw surgery / braces were the best call for this situation. You had a very recessed jaw which affected your bite as well. I think the implant was just a bandaid solution for the bigger issue at play.

You needed jaw surgery. Your lower and upper jaw probably. Lower jaw still looks recessed even though you have a noticeable chin bump now. Your upper palate is probably also narrow and v shaped. I wouldn’t be surprised if your maxilla is recessed as well. Do you mouth breath when at sleep or exercising? How’s your sleep quality? Wake up a lot? Feeling tired? I’d get your jaws checked out for sure.

Very small change after surgery but my m nt looking good even. My side side profile is looking very bad after chin implant . My problem of asymmetrical face is more prominent after chin implant surgery.

I would think double jaw surgery would be better because her teeth placement still look wonky when she talk.

Lower jaw is critical for beauty, but how about her bite? Do her teeth occlude properly? Sometimes, a patient needs jaw surgery. It's a frightful procedure, cuz the nerve can be damaged.
