The P512 mod engine start sound was perfect, the driving sound on the other hand was way to aggresive. It almost sounded like a dragster engine.

The P12 SLE is console compatible and is a great mod, I'd also recommend the ORCA II mod from MrBusses.

From what I remember, pacific is a Canadian truck company that went out of business in ‘91

I'd like to try all of them - except, maybe, that P512 mod (although I like the sound). RWD trucks should stay RWD. Otherwise, front axle needs to be changed to have a differential case and a driveshaft. Almost no one does this when adding AWD to an RWD truck. Even the devs - when the fixed the Wolf Pack, the front axles of them stayed a solid beam non-driven axle (which is a shame).

TBH i use a bit op mod which is the pacific p12 orca

The engine sound for the modded pacific P512 PF kinda sounds like the engine sound for the green goblin faced western star 4800 from the movie Maximum overdrive

so pretty much the mods boil down to: make the trucks overpowered and remove all downsides that balance trucks

I'm trying to find the p12 mod on the pc mod browser but typing p12 or sle isn't bringing anything up. What do we search for ?

Because i'm someone who likes realism in games, i'd rather have trucks that looked and performed as close as possible to their real life counterparts even if that still made some of them bad. Realism always comes first for me

I guess with every mode you get access to many different addons
