The SINGLE Biggest Reason Tesla Stock Will 10x

Tesla stock is down... while my conviction that Tesla stock will eventually benefit from FSD is up (as always, not financial advice). But I love Tesla stock... and this is the biggest reason why I believe Tesla stock will 10x.

About me:

The first time I bought Tesla stock was in the beginning of 2019 (adjusted for the current stock split of 2022 August - under $20 dollars per share). I purchased it because at that time for the first time it was absolutely clear to me that Tesla will be profitable and bankruptcy is no longer a concern. My personal belief is that even though the stock went up a lot, I still personally believe it is strongly underpriced, but only if you are a long term investor.

Matt, I think you miss interpreted Elon's plea for more oil. The back drop is Russia's squeeze on the Western world and Elon suggest we should be self sufficient with oil. BUT the long term is to switch to switch to renewables.
Elon will send out FSD to all by the end of the year. My expectation is that it will be better but there will be times, intervention is required. Example, My Y doesn't handle a double left lane turn (yet)

I have FSD. Didn't ask for it. Didn't want it. It came with the car. I will never trust it. NEVER! I don't know anyone that is enthusiastic about FSD?

Lidar solutions relies on driving in a mapped area. The FSD aims to drive everywhere.

Have you experienced how much less safe human drivers are in trafic away from home?
Teslas FSD is always been away from home!

It would be easy for FSD to include mapping of how to drive in difficult places. That would make it immediatly superior to any Lidar system. It wold drive as you do in your hometown!

But they don't do that (yet, anyway) because that would hamper the evolution of FSD.

We can see, that is most of us does, that FSD is handling some very hard problems very well. Actually, as I see it, it handles the hardest problems well! That convinces me that it will get it all done in about one year. That's for the USA, and for being safer than most drivers.

Those who think otherwise haven't really understood what's hard to do and what's just a matter of perseverance.

The main question is not whether he thinks it has been solved but more whether regulatory approval will be given and when. I doubt it will happen before 2028 or 30…

There is no guarantees that FSD is even solvable with LIDAR. I think it gets you to a local minima quickly, but then is stuck there. Ultimately you have to be able to "see" what is going on, which means you still have to solve sight.

Reducing diesel and gas prices will benefit Tesla, because all their service vehicles run on fossil fuels, and so do the trucks that deliver Teslas to customers. This will change when Tesla introduces electric vans and starts building a fleet of them along with a fleet of Semis to deliver the cars. But in the meantime, our economy runs on fossil fuels, and is being affected by inflation caused by high fuel prices.
