It means "to BE"+ING form  such as Play and playing or do and doing or improve and improving (you are asking some questions being confused!) ACTION or BEHAVIOUR + ADJECTIVE: ASKING QUESTIONS (ACTION) BEING CONFUSED (ADJECTIVE)

So, is it possible/ acceptable to say “it has been being”? If so, would you suggest any sentence that includes this construction.

He has been gradually being involved in this situation - for example. Is it possible to say like this even at the very theoretical level?

For me, I don't know exactly the usages of have been confused even after watching video. But after I read your comment, I understood the usages of the first two but I still have confused the last one. Is it correct to say Being a student that your activity is not nice.If so, what will be the exact meaning?

@MohanaPlus Because the sentence isn't in the "present tense"; it is in the "future perfect". To make a sentence in the future perfect tense, you use the "future" of 'have' with the past participle, eg. I will have listened, You will have done, She will have learnt, He will have practised, John will have retired, I'll have gone. You use it when you say that you will finish something before a specific time eg. 'I will have finished this book before you come back tomorrow morning.'
