The most frustrating situation is not being able to put a lobber/pusher away. Often times the upper limits of your strike zone doesn't have the strength to be offensive, but using a modified open stance and modifying your pronation can create a hammer like effect to hit down into the court.

I see that your student takes the racquet to the 5 o’clock position before pulling racquet but arm is bent. Rick macci says extend the arm to the 5 o’clock but it’s awkward for me and straightening the arm takes more time and makes me late. Is there any benefit to straightening the arm in the take back or should I not try to do it?

What is the best height level for forehand hitting zone? Is it shoulder level or chest level?

your example not high enough balls and also no top spins. at 4.5 level yes there are moon ballers but they are also heavy top spins and bouncy.
