My grandma was 96 when she fell asleep and died in her sleep. Otherwise, she would have turned 123 on December 28, 2023. Still miss my sweet granny Aminta.

The name rang a bell but didnt register until you mentioned Yankee Doodle Dandy. Yes, she was indeed beautiful & a great actress too. Hooray for her suing the studio. Studios had far, far to much power back then. So many tales of lives ruined & lost because of studio heads, who usually got away with murder, sometimes litterally. Thanks for the reminder.🙏❤
