A recent study said that by 2030 demand for skilled workers will outstrip supply, gradually leading to a global talent shortage of over 85.2 million people. The shortage could result in $8.452 trillion in unrealized annual revenue by 2030 - equal to the combined GDP of Germany and Japan. However, India is the only country expected to have a talent surplus of around 245.3 million workers by 2030. Watch BusinessToday. In video to know more about the study.
