Long Potato Fries

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 450 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Corn flour - 25 grams
Oil - for frying

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 450 boiled mashed potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 25 grams gram flour and mix it well.
2. Knead it into a dough.
3. Take a ball from dough and make long stick shaped fries with the help of your hands.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Serve hot.
