How to do it:
Put it in Salt Water for 15 minutes
Then again (i think)put it in hot salt water for 5 minutes
2-Then Lay the fries on a cotton cloth or a tissue paper till the water is soaked from the fries
3-then cook it in low flame for 4 min and get them out
4-wait for it to complete to be cold
5-Cook it till it's golden and crispy in medium heat
This is how I do, I don't know how he does but hope this helps you😊
