I don't know who has the biggest ego the Commander or royal pain. The commander let himself get zap and Royal Pain could have zaped everyone into babies but put the Pacifier to fight.

And I can build or create almost anything, from simply fixing a hi-tech gun to Pacifier. But the coach told me that I’m a sidekick, and they don’t believe my powers. So my plan is to create a new weapon called The Pacifier, which can turn any person into a baby. Just like your father and mother, and Jonathan Boy. But now I, don’t.”
WILL:(sighs) “It’s true. Everybody will misunderstood you and do terrible things. I think you got so upset and torn of this event. But I don’t think your a sidekick. Not really.”
LAYLA AND WARREN:(look at each other and looks back at Will and Gwen again)
GWEN:”You don’t?”
WILL:”I think you’re just a perfect teenager with really special powers that everybody can understand you.”
GWEN:”But what about the coach who told you. Did he told your a sidekick as well?”
