If you think about it, if Popsical ever learns to be able to move around even faster while melted and how fast he can reform or transform, he could become one of the most usefull hero's ever:
-able to enter into any small space or through any gap
-completely able to ignore blunt force trauma, piercing damage or concusive damage
-able to move about completely undetected
-able to attack someone by hitting them then melt to avoid any counter attack, then reform and attack them again.

It would be like trying to fight someone who can make themselves into water every time you try to hurt them.

I remember the first time I watched this movie and when Penny tells her "I don't believe you even have any powers." I was like oh noo!! Lol 😂

Then we all gotta love when she just gets pissed and turns the cafeteria into a forest while tying them up in vines!! I was clapping and like "mock-cheering" Penny. I was like bye bishhh lol
