The Ultimate MTB Tire SHOWDOWN…kinda! Ep.1 (4K, slomo)

The Gnarly Team went back to Nachos, (Ute Valley) to start dabbling in the more on the spot comparisons and battles! That being said, tires are so epic, and of course we will dive way deeper with science and timing gates etc… but sometimes you just wanna roll around with your homies and do some tire battles! SO LET’S GET GNALRY PEOPLE!

At the very least, the cinematography in this one is so epic, personally (Connor) one of my favorite collections of shots and use of slomo in this one (Josh does that all).

If you’ve gotten this far, welcome my friend. CHECK OUT THE MULLET!!! The Orange bike is an “Orange” and is set up Mullet (smaller rear wheel in diameter, 27.5) watch how much straighter the orange REAR wheel tracks in a straight line. The front wheel just over steers perfectly and the rear wheel is steaming straight… epic. So cool to see in slomo and followed by 29er.

Cheers, enjoy :) a share and subscribe is also epic!

Great comparison, guys. I've run so many combinations from Maxxis, WTB, and Schwalbe on my Switchblade, and still couldn't find one I thought was clearly better or worse than the others. So I gave the e*thirteen Grapplers (enduro casing) a shot. I've found what I will run on this bike as long as I have it! Grippy during loose-surface conditions, strong sidewall, great in the turns. I was very pleasantly surprised, and at $60 each, I saved a bit. Give them a shot the next time you do a comparison!
