I was under the impression for 57 years now 61 i had the most unfair life that you can imagine but at 57 the road i was on was now a rest stop to refine my experiences what ever they were with zero emotional or regret, 61 now and im so happy if i had to do it again i wouldn't change a thing the rewards are too good to even explain its something you have to earn on your own ❤

When I was growing up I was a happy kid, until my mother said things that gave me a negative self image. Then it was my peers and some teachers in school adding to it. Then I suffered a concussion at 9, and it took 4 years to get better. After that was puberty and it became a negative time of resistance to people and things.
That continued until I went in the military and learned imposed discipline and gained a better view of myself.
But each negative situation I encountered made me reflect on myself and the belief that I wasn’t good enough. Eventually, negative things began to overwhelm me and I began to withdraw from life and trying to be acceptable.
Self-doubt ruled me until after other injuries and failures I lost confidence in myself and became depressed.
Then I even thought God had rejected me.
That almost put me in suicidal depression.
Years later I finally found the answer and recovered from all that.
Oddly enough, it was by learning that God did accept me and that my faith in Him was real. I’m not who I was but have a new spirit and enlightenment about my true self and the things in life.
Negativity blinds the mind, but logic, truth and reason restore it and gives back positivity.

I really focused on the idea of being logical about how we think about something. It's been a big these for me today. I feel that many people have problems and are so triggered and reactive because social media has groomed a whole generation to seek validation from outside sources and how the news and political situations play out in modern media pander to and focus on involving "emotional" responses.

Sometimes, I feel anxious, worry, and upset when some negative thoughts come to my mind. In this case, just like the video said, I’ll accept and acknowledge my feelings, and later, maybe after a walk after meal, the negative feelings will go away. This is life.

Pls don’t worry about me. I have not been changed, and I am okay as usual. When saying about gratitude, I’ve got to say thank you again for the people around who are helping. Your assistance means a lot to me🙏🏻
