Surprised the 10980xe doesn't do better. Surprised at how well the 9900k/kf/ks does.

Welll, since my 9600k overclocked to 5.3ghz matches the 9900k overclocked in most games, and even the 12900k is only 10 or 20 FPS faster at 1080p it's really not worth me upgrading it. Once there is a worthwhile framerate difference I'll consider it.

How does this take into account the differences in OS? Are these all done on Windows 11? not sure that's even possible on some of the older stuff ie 7900x, I could be mistaken tho. The newer cpus, 10th gen and on have some fancy E core and P core thing that only Windows 11 is supposed to take advantage of? personally I find it to be a big Intel/Microsoft hustle/bullshit. I am also not sure how I feel about the E core/P core situation. anyway thx for the side by side of the I 9s its certainly helpful to see the differences, or lack of differences. the i9 9900k vs the i9 9900kf is an interesting difference. they are supposed to be the exact same cpu minus an onboard GPU. wouldn't have thought it make any difference but according to your video its one of the bigger variables in FPS of all the cpus you ran.
