I consumed raw garlic daily after crushing or grating it and let it sit for 15 minutes to release more antioxidants.

I take usually 1 big clove or perhaps 2 small cloves. Put it in a garlic crusher. Let it sit sometimes for 10 minutes or so, then put that in a glass. Squeeze 1 half lemon and cut it down and put that in tge glarlic crusher. Youd be amazed how much lemon juice you can squeeze out. Then fill the glass with cold water alost till its filled then add honey to sweeten the taste. Usually about 2 squirts from a small bottle so maybe a tablespoon or a little more. After a sip I decide if I need to add a little more.

I am trying to find out if there is any studies that suggest garlic can move / mobilize kidney stones?? I have passed kidney stones 2 times and both times it was right before starting a garlic supplement! Strange!
