Creating a Display Mask in ArcGIS Pro

Basic properties of the Layout, Map Frame, and Map.
Use the Extent feature to limit the view of the basemap using a polygon shapefile. Create a Display Mask. Remember, these are dynamic displays, computationally rigorous. Keep the basemap visibility turned off when not needed to speed drawing. :)
