Vote doesn’t matter for presidential elections from the popularity yet only from electoral college vote of the House of Representatives. Popularity votes is only for house and senate.

RESPONSIBILITY  OF THE POTUS 

The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the LAWS  written by Congress 

As Chief of State

You can think of him as the “hype man” of our nation. . He gives uplifting speeches during dark times and congratulatory speeches in prosperous time.

The President serves as America’s moral compass and the living symbol of our country. We Americans take pride in values such as hard work, justice and freedom. 

As Chief Executive

The President is the head of the Executive branch and making sure that LAWS  of the country are upheld.  

Legislative Power

but he certainly plays a part in making bills a law.  

a President can veto bills passed by Congress. 

As Chief Diplomat

Foreign and diplomatic affairs also fall into the  responsibility for the President.— leads the conversation on foreign policy.

As Commander-In-Chief

As Commander-In-Chief, the President is in charge of our country’s armed forces. day-to-day coordination of our troops. inspects our military's newest and most powerful weaponry?

As Chief of Party

The President does this by campaigning on behalf of  his  party members. The more allies he has in government roles, the easier the President can shape policy. He needs this support for re-election or policy-making. 

He is Guardian of the Economy

This is because the President has, in large part, the power to grow or shrink the economy. to help guide the country out of dark times.



According to President Obama, he has no higher duty than to protect the American people. But that's not what the Constitution says.    Pretender  Obama was NOT a Chief Executive as he did not enforce the laws of the USA  (marijuana ) he had little legislature power  as he  was the Executive Order king  and his  only legislature he got thru congress  was over turned in the supreme Court 

He was not a Chief Diplomat he was the chief  Oprah  in pantaloons 

As Commander in Chief  he fought ISIS with drones and started the world wide wide  refugee invasion ??

As chief of the party  he  pushed  the crook  “H”  and he split the party into tribes
