MIYOSHI by Fat Cow is a newly opened Japanese restaurant located at Mess Hall at Sentosa. It has one of the most unique and beautiful locations and just visiting Mess Hall is well worth the visit. The Teppan Kaiseki Dinner Set Menu we tried was absolutely a fun experience, with the Wagyu Sawani-wan, Straw Smoked Hokkaido Scallops and Wagyu Tenderloin A4 being the highlights. The portion was HUGE and we felt satisfied after our meal. Consider elevating your meal with the wine/sake pairing to make it a more memorable experience! Apart from Teppan-Kaiseki, you can also try their a la carte selections, set lunches from $28++ and sushi omakase as well.
