Accused Student Murderer Bryan Kohberger to Appear in Court Over Extradition to Idaho

Accused Idaho student murderer Bryan Kohberger is set to appear in a Pennsylvania court Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. ET for an extradition hearing. Kohberger's public defender, Jason LaBar, told Law&Crime Network that the Washington State University graduate student plans to waive his extradition hearing to expedite his return to Idaho.

I think the parents knew, did they not see the car all over media? Their son son lived 10 miles away from the crime scene, I find it hard to believe it never crossed their minds.

I would like to know why the dad would fly 2000 miles to “help” his 28 year old son ( a grown man) drive the exact car, that is 7 miles from the murder scene, and that has been plastered all over the news for weeks? Does the Dad live in a cave? Or is it possible the Kohberger family talked about all this prior. Which would give credence to the suspect asking “Has anyone else been arrested?” Maybe he thought his dad was implicated or possibly the Mom AND Dad?

Just for the sake of accuracy, a Ph.D candidate in the U.S. is someone who has completed all coursework and qualifying examinations and is ready to begin their dissertation. Since the suspect just completed the first semester, he would be more accurately called a Ph.D student.

I'm as curious for updates as everyone else, but when I really sit down and think about it, I'm glad the PD is being tight-lipped about everything in this case. I want justice for the 4 victims, but everyone deserves a fair trial. Everyone.

They weren't just a little suspicious as to why he needed to take his car all the way back by his parents, and then he was supposed to go out west?! I mean it almost seem like he was going to go on the run until things cooled off, and he was trying to get that car as far away from Idaho as possible! I'm glad they caught that SOB
