It's a great workout. The only thing that could make it better is if the specific exercises were listed 15 seconds in advance. I always have to wait to see and am a few seconds behind the instructor.

Just FYI the chapter/time card titles don’t match the names of the exercises that appear on screen. Not sure if you knew!

Keep up that good exercise that you need it Don't never lock your arms. Go all the way down with your arms and then curls
