In these stories I'm usually not a person who jumps straight to divorce as a means to settle things, but this story and the update is an exception. If your communication with your spouse is so bad that you can't express your feelings of loss after a miscarriage and subsequent stillbirth, no less BLAMING your wife for her inability to carry your child to term--and trust me, she's feeling that without your help; as a couple, you've got far more serious problems ahead in the future. It sounds like husband here had some delusion that his sister's unplanned baby would become their baby and neglected to speak to his wife about it. Otherwise, why on Earth would he offer sister their nursery? Yeah, it's unsaid, but he did offer it, he had to. I cannot imagine a woman, regardless of how selfish, hijacking another woman's nursery without permission. Clearly husband and SIL were Ascon 1's. I'm glad OP is divorcing him. She deserves happiness and tranquility and hopefully, will find a more worthy mate in the future. This dude is a train wreck! Best to sever and declare this a loss rather than continue forward with a disfunctional and unsupportive spouse.

Ex- husband and sister-in-law and all their family or just disastrous. They're blaming her for something that she can't control. Having a miscarriage. They should be there holding her and being there for each other. And yes they should celebrate the sister-in-law's baby. And make the child feel special. If you made a video for the first part I must have missed it. Had to google it to find the original post. It sounds like everything they are expecting OP to do for the SIL they never once tried to do for her, which makes this situation more unbalanced. The husband said it is an honor to take care of a pregnant woman, but he never took part of that honor. I have to wonder about the husband and his family's cultural background, this does not excuse their behavior, but it can explain it.

Just listening to this, i'd be happy to punch the ex in the face, even if it broke my hand and then some. He has every right to release his emotions but destruction of property will most likely put him in jail. I'm curious as I don't recall it being mentioned in the original one of what happened to SIL's husband/boyfriend/baby daddy. I'm curious why she's not with him and is taking up OP's place until being kicked out. If I didn't get that the ex and SIL were siblings by blood, I would almost say that hubby was cheating on OP with SIL. Either way, Neither of them had any right to do what they did AT ALL.

I hope OP sues the crap outta the ex, which she's practically guaranteed to win the case. IDK if anything could be done again SIL legally, but she's definitly made an enemy and there is no chance of reconciliation! Honestly, I kinda hope that OP lets SIL's family know what kind of a piece of shit SIL is but at the same time, I'm almost certain that they'll side with SIL based off of SIL's attitude.
