Hold your arm in front of you, with your thumb facing up. Deviate your hand to one side, and then the other. This exercise will help improve the mobility of your wrist.

Hi, when i do this exercise, my wrist feels like it's jolting out of place. It gets stuck and feels like my ligaments are 'colliding' then suddenly 'pops' and jolts to another position. It's hard to explain through text, do you know what this issue may be? I've had it for years, it hasn't improved even after greatly increasing my wrist, finger and forearm strength through climbing and antagonist training.
