Thank you! This really helped make it clearer from only reading and trying to translate into the movements.

the word "deviation" always confuses me. I always think ulnar "deviation" means you're moving away (deviating) from the ulna. The definition of deviation being "departing from an established course."

The verbs for supination and pronation are obviously supinate and pronate.

But how do you express radial deviation and ulnar deviation as a verb?

Question: is radial deviation considered abduction only in the anatomical position?

I’m feeling pain with delicate movement (stronger when wake up) but no lack of strength and tenderness on styloid process of radius and thumb finger basis WITH ulnar deviation of wrist caused by swelling in this area, from 2 months ago when I made calisthenics ignoring the pain, one week after an mild accident pushing my left hand against a unexpected locked wood gate. What it can be?

hey just curious. What muscles do I use when I radial and ulnar deviate?

I can roll my ulna and radius over each other and cause my wrist to make a loud crack on command as often as I want. Tell me I'm not weird and someone else has the ability to do so.
