I have a problem . as I drive the Demostrajion will start in a 1.min and I touch the screen ok it goes and a min after it comes again now I like the tom tom Go Basic but I am fad up can you tell me what to do to take it off this Demostation it is veru dangerus when driving

I purchased  a TomTom GO610 in Singapore, with all the glossy videos advertised for MyDrive interactive use between iPad, iPhone, computer etc, but the app is not available, not even sure if it really exists yet ! Very misleading false advertising by TomTom ! Does anyone know when it will it be available ????

I have a TomTom go basic, I've updated the satnav and have downloaded the app to my Android smartphone but the two devices will not connect, in the phone app I get to the page that's says, Connect Your TomTom device and at the bottom it says show me how so I press the Show Me How button and the next page is supposed to be a list of devices to connect to but instead I go straight to the page that says, Get Ready To Connect and at the bottom of this page it says Scan Code so I press this button and the camera comes on to scan the QR code on the satnav but nothing happens, I've been on to TomTom and told them about the problems and they replied telling me how to connect a TomTom Via 54, they do not read the emails, might as well get a Garmin satnav

Hi TomTom I have added a Community POI file and it shows in the my places folder and I can look up all of the places which is great. however, when on a route how can I add a travel via one of the LPG stations from the community file? They're not an option, it's just petrol stations. I am using the Go 6100, thanks!

I feel the same as others!  This new TomTom program is hopelessly complex compared to the old TomTom home.  I can't synchronise, there's insufficient memory to operate the device (and its Brand new!!). Confusing, baffling .... a real step backwards in technology from TomTom.

I have just purchased 400 and want to download my routes from my rider. How do you do this from the laptop as they sit in a separate directory and not on My Drive?

If it doesn't work yet, then why do you advertise it as working and available? In regards to your comment that I can use it as an app on my iPhone- well that doesn't work because your TOM TOM app isn't available yet in the UK (where I reside) either! I'm very disappointed with your lack of integrity! I paid a premium to purchase your device with the advertised functionality vs your competition in the market. I deeply regret that decision now.

Can't even log into my drive, every time I click login a blank white square box opens up in the middle of the screen and that's it...

Tomtom use the new GO 60 and I was able to transfer my community POI's to the new device but on my old via 1500 series I was able to add and edit my POI's from the device which was great because I use it for my job and the POI's sometimes change and being able to change them was alot easier. Is there any way you can come up with an update to enable this function on the GO series??
