I have just bought a TOM TOM start 52 but I can't input business addresses. Is this normal? Or do I need to update it? it has Europe map installed. I can only input the postcode and street name, city and house number but it doesn't recognise business names addresses like google maps does. Is this normal?

3:01 this google map problem happens every single fucking time and i had enough of this garbage map, same with apple. Why google and apple reccomend these dummy random left when you can simply take right?
