I just sent this video to my parents who live in the Boston area. Simply because of how powerful this information is for many individuals ☀️. Unfortunately this discussion is often hindered

Wow… I’m in complete shock, I’ve spent the last few hours listening to almost all your short videos about concepts I’m curious about, and your content is literal gold, so thank you for your hard work. If you ever get the chance to speak with Andrew Huberman again, I am curious to know if having sunscreen would negatively impact the importance of sun exposure to the eye?

This is interesting. Why do I feel exhausted on bright sunny days or in brightly lit areas? It feels as if the brightness is trying to put my brain into sleep mode, however in dim or dark areas I feel like my brain is operating at full capacity and I feel extremely alert.

I am so so glad that I came across his knowledge. I'm not sure when or how but I'm glad I did.

Avoiding artifical light after sundown would be ideal to allow melatonin to naturally set in. That's the best time to use blue blockers.

So at least 5 minutes exposure to sunlight after sun has risen, up to 30 minutes if it is a cloudy day... I shall try it. :)

I did this yesterday morning ❤ I stared into/towards the sun, from my balcony. Did I do it safely this way, for my eyes Andrew?

How come my dog that has PRA-progressive retinal atrophy sleeps at night in his place
OK outside temperature has a little effect.
Has he learned with time by feeling/sensoring all beings, events around him?
Is this kind of connection with others that saves the day (actually the night!:)) for him?

You're saying the blue lights come on And triggers your brain and cells to be on active and sleep will come in sixteen hours. So if we're getting blue light in the afternoon and evening hours, is that still triggering us to be awake for 16 hours?
