From one of Magnus Carlsen's past Banter Blitz sessions he played this cool game where he dominated playing the London System. I reedited the clip with some background music to re-highlight this awesome tutorial how to win with the London system against high rated opponents. Here, with an aggressive pawn pushing strategy. Thanks for watching, liking, and supporting!

"the objective evaluation is that i'm completely winning" - magnus carlsen

This man just casually walked 2 pawns straight down the board in the middle of a game and promoted both of them 😱🤯

This guy is going to be good. Really quick learner. One of his best traits

I can only watch in awe as Magnus casually destroys highly rated opponents.

I have never seen the London played this way. I'm gonna try it and lose lol

"I'm a quick learner that is one of the good things about me" Magnus is also the master of understatement.

He controlled the whole board with few moves

The piano in the background is just cold.

At the end of the video he said he castled on move 15, he instantly remembered when he castles on what exact move 🤯

Beautiful! Castling looked scary, but man that h6 move was brutal!

His kingside pawns literally went from the second rank all the way to the seventh rank and ended there

that 5:01 G6-H7 pawn move, was better than an action movie scene

Flawless h6 move so clean so casual. There is not another like him and never will be

Magnus is awesome! It is so much fun to watch. It would be cool to see how his mind works in other things.

I like how both hikaru and magnus destroy their opponents in ways totally different: magnus has deep and elegant tactics while hikaru has viciously violent moves

One of Black's blunders was first attacking with his bishop move to A6 before he castled. He needed to castle and get his king back behind protection; along with getting his roukes supporting each other. Plus, he allowed Carlsen to manuever so many of his pieces into position for attacking the king side while pushing his pawns forward. He needed to stop that by trading off pieces to blunt the attack and getting one of his knight positioned to defend that side. But, of course, that is much easier understood in restrospect compared to while it is happening.

It would be so demoralizing playing Magnus. The game is just cruising along, and then suddenly you're in big trouble out of nowhere.

Funny thing is...he played the line Hans Niemann recommended in his Jobava London Course
