Alpha Lock in Procreate iPad App- What is it and How to Use it!

The Procreate App for iPad is a powerful tool for illustration and design. I am going to share quick tips so you can become a pro without watching long videos!
Alpha Lock is a great way to edit and add to layers without drawing outside the bounds of your layer! I use it all of the time to change colors, or add texture. It is similar to a clipping mask, but it is within the same layer.
I use an iPad Pro 2021 version with a 2nd Gen Apple Pencil to draw and hand letter graphics on my iPad. Procreate is my go-to app for sticker design, SVG design, hand lettering, and digital art.
