In this video, we’re going to talk about the hidden sources of gluten.

Most people already know that gluten is found in grain products, including:
• Wheat
• Spelt
• Rye
• Barley
• Kamut
• Bulgar
• couscous

Keep in mind that when you’re consuming wheatgrass juice powder, you aren’t getting any gluten. The gluten only forms when the wheatgrass has grown to a certain height—but it’s harvested before this happens.

The hidden sources of gluten that many people don’t know about are:
• Soy sauce
• Beer
• Meat substitutes
• Coffee creamer
• Broth
• Chewing gum
• Flavored tea
• Fish sticks
• Gravy
• Hot dogs
• Imitation seafood
• Toothpaste
• Candy
• Chips

The more common foods that contain gluten are:
• Bread
• Pasta
• Cereal
• Crackers
• Biscuits
• Pancakes
• Muffins

The question you might be wondering is, “Why is gluten so bad for you?”

Gluten is linked to 55 different diseases. It causes a lot of reactions in many people. Some will tell you that a gluten allergy or gluten sensitivity isn’t all that common—but it is actually very common.

Gluten can lead to leaky gut, molecular mimicry, Hashimoto’s, MS, death of neurons, problems with coordination, and much more.

If you are sensitive or allergic to gluten, you may experience:
• H/A
• Brain fog
• ADHD
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Bipolar disorder
• Schizophrenia
• Vertigo

Gluten intolerance has exploded off the charts since they started spraying conventional grains with glyphosate in the early 2000s. It’s the combo of gluten and glyphosate that opens up the tight junctions in the intestines.

My wife eats copius amounts of bread and ramen. She suffers from depression and she is extremely clumsy. Her mother on a similar diet suffers from MS. Ive been trying my best for years to get her to change her diet. She feels that just because shes included vegetables in her diet shes now fine. People in general are so unaware of the serious dangers of eating bread and pasta on a regular basis. Maybe this video can finally nudge her in a better direction for her food choices. Thank you ♥️

I was eating mentos (mint candies sold in U.S) last week and got very ill and had a reaction. It turns out there’s wheat in them and it’s the 2nd ingredient listed. I never bothered to check the ingredient label because I assumed there wasn’t wheat in mints. Just wanted to share so no one else gets sick.

I was diagnosed with MS ten years ago, and I quit gluten and dairy but conveniently skipped the sugar part. It’s only 3 months of Keto and OMAD and it’s all coming ... back to me now. It’s pretty amazing 👍

Great Video! I remember my mom buying Gluten and adding it to her homemade wheat bread! She told us kids it made the bread chewy! Boy ol boy, I sure wish my mom was around to learn from Dr. Berg. She would have been blown away, just like most of us are learning about the foods we eat or don't eat!
I don't miss flour products anymore! I can look at flour products as pure evil and walk from them.
Much Love to you Dr. Berg and all your wonderful insight we were never taught in the so-called school system.

Gluten is a type of lectin. Various different types of lectins are found in plants. Dr Steven Gundry, although a pescatarian, dedicates his career to advocating a lectin free diet for good health. Dr William Davis also has books on the harmful effects of wheat. And Dr Paul Saladino speaks about the toxicity spectrum of most plants.

I have celiac since 2019 so I've became kind of an expert at figuring out where gluten is but the problem is there isn't a lot of food left to eat 😒. Plus now I can no longer digest lactose and casein ☹.
All this is because of a vaccine I took in 2018 I figured after the video you posted on vaccine and auto immune diseases.
Thanks for sharing all these infos 🙏.

I recently learned that most over the counter medications have wheat (gluten) fillers in them, like ibuprofen/advil/etc. Walgreens and Target both have Gluten Free labeled alternatives!

I always always have bloating and stomach pain after eating gluten. Got tested for it and the test said that I was not allergic to gluten. However I do not consume gluten very often and when I do I pay for it! Also there's gluten in salad dressings

Awesome. I always watch your videos, since....mid 2016 I think. Your videos are a great source of information and the way you explain (not too fast, not too slow) is perfect for those who have english as a second language. Great job!

Before I found Dr. B, I was putting two and two for getting some of my major problems fixed, but with his guidance my diet is advancing and I'm getting the best advice I could possibly hope for. What to avoid, what to add in.
