I love Seville, in 1967-68 I was in the USAF and stationed next to the city for 2 years. I lived downtown in an apartment for most of that time. Great food and the people were very nice.

I highly recommend the Tirana area too, we stayed at the Hotel Monte Triana which is a nice 4 star hotel with a pool last easter. its about a 20-30 min walk from the hotel over the bridge to the attraction areas of seville

I will be staying in Triana for one month in November studying Flamenco. I am an older dancer (67) fulfilling a lifetime dream. I will be renting an Airbnb within a few blocks of my teachers studio! Abit nervous that I may feel lonely. My Spanish is fairly good but not fluent. I thought maybe taking some classes in Spanish would be smart and a way to connect with other travelers.
