I just want to know how the edge hold up, because a chainsaw bar is several layers of steel riveted together, and they didn't forge weld them at all, just edged it. Looks to me like it will peel apart in no time.

Why not use the chop saw to cut the shape of the knife?

Why don’t you just cut it with the grinder

If u cut the blade by cutter machine than it would be grt to c n not waisted time n mostly ur handle is not so impressive n design of the blade too, near the handle of the blade will be harmful for holding hand, it could be cut but, overall grt
