The field of Neuro Linguistic Programming has been so disseminated throughout the decades that it can be tough to figure out which NLP technique best applies to your specific case or what to do when you encounter a new client.

I did my best to give you all the general groups and categories linking the NLP techniques together. This video doesn’t cover every possible technical term of every possible NLP book, but it covers all the essential categories that every tool falls into in one way or another.

When you are confused about something you’re reading or about what to do with a problem you’re encountering in your personal or professional life, you can just come back here and click on the technique that seem to be the most appropriate to your problem, to see how you can solve it quickly.

fantastic overview of NLP with valuable opinions about what works when. Super helpful to see such a comprehensive presentation for those of us- even those of us quite familiar with NLP- to benefit from. Like providing shelving to place the many disparate parts of NLP to clearly see and grab when we need it. . Really grateful.

This is a great video!! Thank you for being unique and not just copying and pasting thoughts/language from others. I can tell you truly understand what you’re talking about and not just parroting.

and your explaination of anchoring is to some extent a remedial use of anchoring, in my whole the use of anchoring gives me the ability to test my work, also it puts me in control of when the client runs the pattern they are working with. For me anchoring is another core skill for an experienced practitioner. I know I am sounding negative, I do however think your presentations are excellent and again I thank you for it.

Do you teach all these techniques in your personal projects? Do you believe that every time someone attempts to modify a technique in order to become more simple or comprehensive? Should be a limit otherwise becomes something different than NLP?

interesting thank you. I am surpised at where the meta model comes in your presentation, would you not say that the meta model understanding is the very core of the whole model. In fact there would be no modelling of the therapists in the beginning? I would say if you know the meta model you could come up yourself with all the original patterns. Also, knowing the meta model is the KEY to being able to model others, it is the meta model that turns all our work into being generative, rather the remedial. The meta model gives me the tools to model the structure of the 'problem' state the client is presenting with.. a good video thank you..
