I'll be very very surprised if Perez is still driving for RB next year, contract agreement or not. I expect RB will just buy him out of his contract to get rid of him and give his seat to Daniel. Lawson needs a full rookie year in the AT and putting him in a RB seat too early against Max would be unkind to his development. I think they'll wait to see how Max and Danny perform as a team again next year and then possibly put Lawson in the RB for 2025 or 26. That's if RB can even hold on to Lawson. Replacing Sargeant in the Williams could also be a smart career move for Lawson and a great driver pairing for Williams' climb back up the ladder. Then Lawson could eventually replace Lewis at Merc.

Perez is just about keeping it between the white lines for a paycheck these days and barely managing that without first race of the season style mistakes. Move him along. He's not needed anymore.

Well, from what I understand, alpha tauri will be using what is essentially the rb19 next year, not to say the other teams won't improve, but I suspect it will catapult them up the grid . As for who will be driving what in 25 ... well that will depend on 24

Let’s get facts correct. Red Bull have never said Perez will be sat in a Red Bull next year at all. Horner has only said many times that Perez has a Red Bull contract for next year. So do Max, Daniel, Yuki and Liam.
Having a contract does not guarantee a seat in the top team because, if it did, Danny would be paired with Max today!

Bin Checo ASAP, bring in Lawson. I'm no RBR fan, far from it. I have NEVER rated Checo even from his very early days, very much a journeyman racer and also effectively a pay driver which everyone seems to overlook.

Regen effects the cars braking balance, checo seems to be understeering into cars on corner overtaking. Im guessing checo is lazy with the regen and losing his brake balance, these new cars sound like a bitch to drive.

I'm a Checo fan, but it must be understood that Checo was signed to RB to be SECOND and support max. For Checo to believe that he could beat Max was a mistake that has brought drama to the team. I do believe that RB has "slowed down" Checo's car to get him to fit his role, this has caused more drama. RB does not like drama and will cut ties early next year. Max is the superstar, Checo is the journeyman.

What a nonsense. As if max needs a competitive 2nd. As of now, he does it all on his own (constructors trophy as well).
Having said that, all depending on an engine standard as is presently the case.
