I'm loving the granite grom. Helped me appreciate brushed motor racing stock racing. Even on 50% you can have a good time.

We have Mini Bs and Reflex 14s for brushless minis. Gonna keep the Groms brushed for kids and guests and stock racing. Only resisting the buggy because I'm hoping for a Senton/Mojave Grom.

The steering is sensitive, but you get used to it..fun little rig.

A set of rubber or foam TC tires will help a lot.

I love, love, love these little guys - I have about 10 of them sitting on the floor here from WLToy's, to HyperGo's, to TA Reflex's. I feel more comfortable running them because when they crash I know I am not going to break the bank. And as far as insane power and speed - a Mamba X and a nice 7800kv motor running 3S or 4600kv motor running 6S will get you up and going. I ran the latter on a full metal build and it lasted me all of 30 glorious seconds. Keep the content coming.

Man, I need to get back in it. It's been about 20 years since running RC, and then it was just bashing. I only ran nitro. But I live in lake Asbury and looking to get into rc racing
